What Carros506 is

Carros506 is a verification and transaction-coordination platform for Costa Rica. We check identifiers (a plate, finca, or coordinate) against official registries and return a screening verdict, and — where you request it — we help coordinate a secured closing.

Screening, not a legal opinion

Our verdicts are a screening tool, not a certified title opinion, legal advice, or a guarantee. A registry reference can differ from the definitive record. Before you buy, confirm ownership, liens, boundaries, water, and maritime-zone status with a licensed Costa Rican attorney or notary. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

Escrow & closings

Funds in a safe close are held by Escrow.com, a US-licensed escrow service, and disbursed under their terms. Carros506 acts only as a coordinator and never takes custody of your money. A Costa Rican notary executes and registers any transfer. Fees are disclosed before you pay.

Text messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages from Carros506 about your inquiry, verification, or transaction (specialist replies, lead and status updates, appointment and closing coordination). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing — see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful transactions you are a party to.
• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Provide accurate information.

Limitation of liability

Carros506 is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a screening verdict, from a transaction, or from the acts of third parties (including notaries, escrow providers, or registry sources).
